![]() ![]() Needless to say, having to wait seven minutes just for a print box to pop up is absolutely ridiculous. It seems to be all in these "little" things, which is driving me crazy, and is quite inconvenient, and extremely so in a pinch. There are other similar symptoms, but this is the most obvious example. Also, this is the case upon hitting "Command P" the first time only (if I find a mistake and have to reprint, the interface appears immediately, as normal). Once the box is up, however, everything is fine it doesn't take extra time to register hitting the "Print" button, or to actually print the file-it's just the time from "Command P" to the appearance of the printer interface box. Having timed it with a stopwatch, I can confirm that it has taken as long as 7 MINUTES for the printer interface box to actually appear after hitting "Command P," though that is above average. The most noticeable "red flag" is when hitting "Command P" (primarily in Pages) to print a document. Over the last year or so (I want to say around the time of the original Mojave update), my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015 3.2 GHz Intel i5, 8GB 1867 MHz DDR3 AMD Radeon R9 M380 2GB) has been acting up-almost "hesitating"-in seemingly simple tasks. I wanted to simply reply on another thread, but this was the only option I was given. ![]()
